Qualifications

• Familiar with Industry 4.0 and IT/OT infrastructure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding and installation guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Serve as primary contact for customer communications.
• Educate customers on product usage and conduct training sessions.
• Provide feedback to product teams for improvements.
• Analyze recurring issues to drive system and product improvements.
