Job summary

ARMOR-IIMAK North America is seeking an Industrial Controls & Systems Technician to connect our manufacturing equipment, production systems, and business systems. This role bridges OT and IT to ensure reliable machine connectivity and secure networks across facilities.

The ideal candidate has a background in industrial controls, automation, or manufacturing systems with strong networking knowledge and system integration experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in industrial automation/related field.
• 3–5+ years in manufacturing automation or industrial systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and machine communications.
• Knowledge of industrial networking concepts and Ethernet-based communications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain manufacturing technology systems to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues affecting operations.
• Configure and maintain industrial network infrastructure and connected devices.
• Assist with OT cybersecurity standards, patching, and access management.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and IT on machine integration and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
