Job summary

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and select required insulation material.
• Brush adhesives on or attach metal pins to surfaces to facilitate insulation material.
• Measure and cut insulation material to size and shape.

Responsibilities

• Fit, wrap, or attach insulation following blueprint specifications.
• Cover insulation with protective covers, tape, or sealant as required.
• Possibly screw on sheet metal around insulated pipes to protect insulation.
