Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Industrial Insulation Project Manager to lead complex insulation projects in our Bellevue, NE area. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, subcontractors, and field teams to meet schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of insulation project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Travel to site locations will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing industrial insulation projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial insulation systems, project scheduling, estimating and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial insulation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field personnel and vendors.
• Monitor project costs, schedules and productivity while maintaining profitability.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business.
