• Willingness and ability to perform manual labor by following verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to learn basic tool operations, safety procedures, types of insulation, and equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the application of various types of insulation.
• Work with insulation materials using hand and power tools.
• Maintain personal toolbox and keep the work area clean.
• Prioritize job site safety and follow safety procedures.
