Job summary

Anchor Insulation is seeking a dedicated installer helper to support apprentices and mechanics in applying diverse insulation materials. You will work with hand and power tools, maintain a tidy job area, and follow safety procedures daily.

Role requires 0-2 years insulation experience or equivalent training, willingness to perform manual labor, and eagerness to learn new skills. Overnight travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of insulation experience or as recommended by the Branch Manager.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual labor by following verbal and written instructions.
• Eagerness and motivation to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Apprentice II and Mechanics with the application of various types of insulation, following instructions and guidance.
• Install these materials using both hand and power tools.
• Review the JHA before starting work each day; notify supervisor if not available.
• Maintain clean work area and dispose of waste materials.
• Be available for overtime, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer demands.
• Complete timecards accurately and on time.
