Job summary
Suzano is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician for its Pine Bluff, AR plant. The role requires hands-on maintenance of electrical and control systems, PLCs, drives, and instrumentation to minimize downtime and support reliability initiatives.

Qualifications
- Two years or more of experience as an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician in an industrial environment or a two-year degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance with one year experience
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and loop sheets
- Knowledge of electrical hazards, OSHA requirements, and safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment throughout the plant
- Perform emergency maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, process controls, electrical, instrument, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Maintain power distribution systems and improve operations productivity
- Support reliability initiatives including motor testing, thermography, and power analysis
- Back up programs and update documentation and drawings
