Job summary

ICS Holding seeks an Instrument Tubing Fitter to install, fabricate, and maintain tubing systems for electrical instruments and control devices at our Kentucky site. You will route and connect tubing, calibrate systems, and support control system programming.

This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with engineers and technicians. Regular training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering Technology or Instrumentation.
• Minimum 4 years craft-specific experience.
• TWIC card may be required.
• Texas electrical license may be required if working in Texas.
• 1-2 years as Instrument Tech helper/apprentice or related field.
• 1-2 years as Instrument Tech journeyman level.

Responsibilities

• Install, mount, and connect electrical instruments and control devices per specifications and diagrams.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and calibration of instruments and control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues and perform repairs.
• Assist in programming and configuration of DCS/PLC control systems with engineers.
• Adhere to safety regulations, lockout/tagout, PPE, and safe work practices.
• Document maintenance, calibration, repairs, and inspections; update manuals and drawings.
