Job summary

Rabalais Instrument & Electrical Constructors seeks an Instrument Fitter to install, modify, test, and maintain copper, PVC coated copper and stainless-steel tubing systems for instruments, valves and control devices at one of our Texas sites.

Candidates must read, write and understand English, provide own hand tools, have a Texas Electrical Apprentice License, and be able to travel to job sites with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Must have own hand tools and transportation to job sites.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age and able to pass safety tests.
• Valid Texas Electrical Apprentice License is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, and maintain copper, PVC copper, and stainless-steel tubing systems for instruments and control devices.
• Read, interpret, and work from drawings and specifications.
• Comply with safety standards and pass drug/alcohol tests when required.
• Work across industrial facilities with focus on reliability and quality.
