Job summary

Olsson is seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Controls Design Engineer to join our industrial team. You will design instrumentation and control systems for industrial facilities, coordinating with multiple disciplines and stakeholders to ensure accurate specifications and drawings.

Occasional travel to project sites is required. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least 5 years of related experience, and a preference for FE licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls design.
• FE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design instrumentation and control systems for industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, teams, subconsultants, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Manage instrumentation and control system design, specifications and drawings.
• Occasional travel to project sites for meetings and inspections.
