This role combines fieldwork, client interaction, and training development, providing a well-rounded foundation for long-term career growth. This role will also include expert witness/litigation services.

Over time, this position is expected to evolve into a lead technical and client-facing role, business development, expert services, and advanced consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear and accurate technical reports, documentation, and client deliverables based on field findings and analysis.
  • Developing and progressively lead training programs related to asbestos, mold, and safety topics, including both classroom and hands-on instruction.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to developing practical risk management and compliance solutions.
  • Stay current with OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations to ensure all work reflects the latest standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of training materials and technical content.

  • Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports and present information clearly to clients.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
  • An interest in teaching, training, and public speaking is preferred, as this role will support and eventually lead training programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) is required.
