Requisition Number: 2026-11580-05A – Industrial Hygienist, Environmental Team, Greensboro, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform hazardous building material surveys (asbestos, lead‑based paint, etc.) on job sites to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regulatory air monitoring and sampling during renovation and demolition projects, including personal and area exposure assessments.
• Prepare and document field reports and client data summaries, ranging from basic documentation to complex analysis.
• Maintain, calibrate, and manage monitoring equipment to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality‑control programs.
• Collaborate with project managers and technicians; participate in quality‑control programs; for senior‑level roles, lead project teams and oversee large‑scale assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety & Health, or related science.
• 4+ years of industrial hygiene field sampling experience.
• Strong communication skills, especially in writing clear, professional technical documents and proposals.

Working Conditions

You will perform the physical demands of this position with company‑provided personal protective equipment, and may work outdoors in varying weather conditions, walk over rough terrain, stand for long periods, lift and carry 40‑50 lbs, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work outside normal business hours when necessary.
