Job summary

SAIF Corporation is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygiene Supervisor to lead a skilled IH team servicing Oregon. The role drives strategy, develops staff, and shapes safety outcomes with cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial hygiene, CIH certification, and leadership experience; a master’s degree can substitute if CIH is obtained within a year. Travel and vehicle use may be involved.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in industrial hygiene with leadership experience.
• CIH designation required; master's can substitute if CIH obtained within 1 year.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene or related science.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and drive team performance aligned with SAIF’s vision.
• Ensure consistent IH services across the Specialty Consultant Services and Safety & Health divisions.
• Assess customer needs, allocate work by expertise and priorities.
• Oversee IH evaluations, exposure assessments, and technical reports.
• Hire, onboard, and develop IH staff; manage performance with HR.
• Oversee outsourced IH services and contracts; manage budgets.
