Job summary

Leoforce in Cincinnati is seeking a Hydraulic Systems Engineer to own the technical side of projects from requirements through commissioning. You’ll partner with customers and sales to design the best-fit hydraulic system and deliver high-impact solutions.

Applicants should have a BS in ME/Fluid Power, 3+ years in industrial hydraulics, strong circuit design and CAD/hydraulic modeling skills. Travel up to 15% is expected as you support retrofit and new installations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial hydraulics / systems integration
• Strong circuit design with CAD and hydraulic modeling
• UL/CE a plus

Responsibilities

• Define the application and design the best-fit hydraulic system with customers and sales
• Create schematics, size components, build BOMs, and support quotes/proposals
• Review/approve designs, support testing/validation, and improve performance
• Support startup/commissioning/troubleshooting (new + retrofit systems)
