C&W Services in Dayton, OH is seeking an Industrial HVAC Technician - Skilled for the 1st shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment to keep facilities running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of industrial HVAC/refrigeration experience and EPA Universal Technician certification. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
  • EPA Universal Technician certification required.

Responsibilities

Salary: up to $45.00/hr


Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30p

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:


Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. \"Safety First\" expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.


Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, repairs and preventive maintenance on heating/air conditioning and/or refrigeration systems. Expectations of task completion range from task completion with minimal supervision to task completion with ability to direct other team members, reliant upon assigned tasks and employee's development.


This position requires the employee to work without supervision.


Responsibilities include equipment installation; repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; troubleshooting malfunctions and preventive maintenance on such equipment; refrigeration and repairs; refrigeration troubleshooting and repairs; and other mechanical related work as assigned.


Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards. Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.


Must have working knowledge of hand / power tools, HVAC & refrigeriong tools, rigging, and Preventive / Predictive Maintenance.


Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks


Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.

Ensures compliancewithallcompany /customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
