Qualifications

• Minimum of three years Commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience (Rooftop units, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing).
• Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators on pumps/fans/compressors.
• Ability to use vibration equipment to troubleshoot drivelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Write clear customer problem, cause and corrective actions; provide quotes to support recommendations.
• Upsell opportunities and participate in JCI’s Service Plus Rewards program; maintain safety as a priority.
