Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or training demonstrating ability to perform the duties; evidence supported by resume.
• Qualification will be evaluated under the OPM Federal Wage System Standards.
• Screen-out element noted; minimal acceptable qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair large HVAC systems including heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering, and circulating air.
• Condition air for facilities such as warehouses, ships, hangars, hospitals, submarines, and large office buildings.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot components like pressure controls, refrigerant systems, and motor controls to minimize downtime.
