Job summary

RW Connection, Inc. seeks a Mechanic/Fabricator/Technician for its Mill Hall, PA location. This full-time role requires mechanical aptitude and an interest in hydraulic and industrial hose assembly, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include building hose assemblies to specs, managing inventory, assisting customers, and maintaining a safe workspace. Training is provided for hydraulic experience, and medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
• Hydraulic experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications.
• Manage inventory, including organization, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
