Job summary
Venair in Merrimack, NH is hiring an Industrial Hose Assembler / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves cutting silicone hose, crimping fittings with a hydraulic press, and building assemblies from inches to over 20 feet long.
When not assembling, you will support warehouse tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping. We offer part-time or full-time schedules, competitive hourly pay, and full paid training.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, hose assembly, hydraulic press, crimping or similar hands-on industrial work.
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy matters in every cut and crimp.
- Good reading comprehension: follow written work orders and drawings.
- Confident measuring and documenting dimensions with tape measure or calipers.
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
- Forklift or stacker experience or willingness to be trained.
Responsibilities
- Read production orders, drawings and specs to understand each assembly.
- Measure and cut silicone hose to exact lengths.
- Assemble and crimp metal fittings onto hose with hydraulic press.
- Verify dimensions with tape measure and calipers; complete reports.
- Unload trucks and inbound stock; stock, pick, pack and ship orders.
- Support inventory counts and keep areas clean and safe.
