Job summary

Contract Staffing Recruiters.com is seeking a Structural Engineer with experience in steel and concrete design for industrial and high-tech facility projects. You will support all phases from concept to construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver complex facilities.

The role requires evaluating design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and coordinating with subcontractors across site locations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of structural design experience with steel and concrete structures.
• Experience with structural engineering analysis software such as STAAD or similar programs.
• Familiarity with preparing design drawings and construction documents through all project phases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within team environments.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Semiconductor or industrial facility experience preferred.
• Experience with innovative or complex design projects preferred.
• Experience with NavisWorks and/or Revit BIM software preferred.
• Strong presentation and graphic communication skills preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites across the U.S.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural design concepts, technical studies, and engineering solutions.
• Prepare and oversee detailed drawing packages for structures, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Support projects through design, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site evaluations.
• Conduct existing site analysis and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Provide technical expertise for industrial and high-tech manufacturing facility projects.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation during project execution.
• Support engineering strategies, project coordination, and construction activities.
• Perform site visits and field observations as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
