Ralliant is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team, driving the development of next-generation sensing and monitoring solutions for utilities and industrial customers. You will apply analog/digital circuit design, embedded systems, and robust hardware platforms to deliver field-ready products.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years hardware design for embedded systems.
• Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, low-noise paths and power management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, RS-485).
• Experience with sensor integration (temperature, humidity, pressure, optical).
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium Designer preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum.
• Understanding of EMC and safety compliance and certification processes.
• Experience with global manufacturing partners.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support full product implementation cycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, documentation, and production introduction with architecture team.
• Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product and program management teams.
• Advance technology initiatives to develop next-generation sensors and sensing platforms and improvements in sustaining activities.
