Job summary

Sonoco in Menasha, WI is currently seeking a General Laborer to support the production environment in a 24/7 facility. Safety, quality, and productivity are core to the role, with 12-hour rotating shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am) and rotating 8-hour shifts during the probationary period.

Starting pay is $27.98 per hour, with shift differential and double time on Sundays, and potential earnings around $70,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted and team lift 50 lbs.
• Comfort in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand basic manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate/assist with machines and paper handling processes.
• Support production with quality and safety compliance.
• Assist with machine maintenance outages and setup new jobs.
