Industrial & Functional AI Decision Science Manager (Accenture LLP; Raleigh, NC)

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Industrial & Functional AI Decision Science Manager in Raleigh, NC. The job duties include:

  1. Addressing client’s business challenges by leveraging big data and providing insights through advanced predictive and optimization models.
  2. Collecting big data from various sources by collaborating with the client’s IT team, designing models, algorithms, and visualizations to extract insights from large, chaotic data sets.
  3. Interpreting analytical models, analyzing to understand the root of business problems, proposing solutions, and quantifying improvements.
  4. Creating impactful business strategies and roadmaps for solution implementation to enable clients to benefit from big data analytics continuously.
  5. Supervising a team of analysts and consultants to gather and interpret data, translating client problems into analytical solutions.
  6. Managing projects and issues, including status, budget, and decision-making in consultation with senior management.
  7. Following strategic directions from senior management and engaging regularly with clients and internal leaders.
Basic Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields, plus 5 years of progressive experience in the IT industry. Specific experience required:

  • Data wrangling, manipulation, and analysis using Python, SQL, Pandas, PySpark, SAS.
  • Using data integration, management, and quality tools like Talend and SAS Data Quality.
  • Designing and deploying analytical solutions with Python, Spark, and SAS.
  • Implementing machine learning algorithms such as Linear and Logistic Regression, SVM, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting using SAS and Python.
  • Creating data visualization solutions with Power BI and SAS.
  • Addressing business challenges with big data and predictive models.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically about 50% of the time are required.
