Job summary

Lee Contracting is seeking an estimator to develop precise scopes of work for industrial foundation projects. You will read blueprints, prepare labor and material estimates, and review sub-contractor proposals while coordinating with customers, sales teams, and field crews.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a valid driver’s license and experience with Procore and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating industrial concrete foundations, machine foundations, or equipment pads.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• AutoCAD experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong estimating, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Attend jobsite visits to evaluate conditions and develop accurate scopes of work
• Prepare detailed labor and material estimates and take-offs for industrial foundation projects
• Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and assemble bid packages
• Collaborate with customers, Sales, estimators, suppliers, and field teams
• Manage project materials, equipment, manpower, vendors, and subcontractors
