Job description

Competitive starting pay ranges from $63,000 to $68,000, including an hourly rate of $20.43, with increases to $22.08 after the training period, biweekly production bonuses, shift premiums, and 354 annual hours of scheduled overtime.

Your Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an entrance exam
• Experience operating mobile or heavy equipment
• Flexibility to work a 12-hour rotating schedule including days, nights, and two consecutive weekends per month
• Willingness to learn and be self-motivated

Your Work:

• Operate mobile equipment, handle materials safely, and load products in designated areas
• Complete safety training, forklift certification, and electric overhead crane training
• Transfer stacked and bundled materials from rolling mill finishing to storage, following proper storage and inventory procedures
• Monitor product quality and report issues
• Assist in inventory counts and daily checks
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Assist in training coworkers as needed
