Job summary

Integrative Staffing Group is seeking an Industrial Forklift Logistics Specialist for a full-time, evaluation-to-hire role in Belle Vernon, PA. You will operate a forklift, load and unload trucks, and stage materials while following safety protocols.

Standard schedule is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays. This position requires reliable attendance and the ability to pass a forklift skills test during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Transport product throughout the facility and designated work areas.
• Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Keep work areas organized and support general material-handling tasks.
• Comply with all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
