Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Proven industrial experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using industrial equipment and tools.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in creating maintenance plans (Preventive Maintenance Plans) and electrical systems (120/208/240/480V).
