Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Fire Lieutenant to oversee fire prevention, protection, and emergency response across the 24/7 campus. You will ensure readiness of life safety systems and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities include leading emergency operations, maintaining the EOC, overseeing inspections of alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers, and training the Emergency Response Team. Strong leadership and NFPA/IFC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial or emergency firefighting environments.
• AZ EMT-B license required or higher.
• HazMat Ops/Tech certification.
• I CS 100/200 and NIMS IS-700 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire prevention, protection and emergency response across the campus.
• Manage the Emergency Operations Center and readiness of systems.
• Inspect and maintain life safety systems (alarms, sprinklers, pumps, extinguishers).
• Serve as SME on fire detection, alarms, and suppression per NFPA/IFC.
• Lead and participate in training, drills, and Emergency Response Team.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and external agencies.
• Train and mentor firefighters on procedures and equipment.
