Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years installing, maintaining, or repairing industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with trades background.
• Experience with fluid transfer, coating systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Preassemble, test, and troubleshoot projects in the shop, then travel to customer sites to install and configure equipment.
• Interpret drawings and schematics, validate BOMs with engineering, and ensure systems are ready for production.
• Follow safety protocols per OSHA and customer standards in industrial environments.
• Provide progress updates during installations and share lessons learned with the team.
• Accurately track time, expenses, and inventory for project profitability.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and technicians; train customers on operation and maintenance.
• Own the full cycle from shop prep to on-site startup at manufacturing plants in the region.
