Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Field Technician I to support industrial cleaning and environmental service projects at customer sites. This hands-on role uses vacuum, water blasting, and cleaning equipment while ensuring safe, efficient operations in demanding industrial environments.

You’ll arrive on time, operate company vehicles, set up jobsites, follow health, safety, and environmental policies, and travel to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred; some high school accepted.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 0–1 years of hands-on experience operating tools or industrial machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to travel for projects and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and prepared to work safely.
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with policies.
• Set up jobsites using vacuum hoses and water blast equipment.
• Operate water guns, lances, vacuum hoses, shovels, and picks.
• Support industrial cleaning activities at customer sites.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting tools.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
• Perform duties in changing environments.
