Job summary

Fluid Flow Products is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on compressors, dryers, pumps, valves, and related equipment at customer sites within the Memphis to Tulsa territory. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience with service-based organizations is a plus. A company service truck is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Mechanical Aptitude.
• Previous work history with a service-based organization is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Factory certifications for any type of equipment are not mandatory but would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, survey, and commission related equipment and systems.
• Perform annual and semi-annual maintenance and testing.
• Respond to emergency calls during normal operating hours and outside of normal operating hours as required.
• Build and maintain client relationships and act as a technical resource to customers.
• Travel within territory and assist other Fluid Flow Technicians as needed.
• Complete daily reports and maintenance checklists as required and forward to customers and company admin team.
