Matthews International is seeking an Industrial Field Service Specialist to travel to customer sites, install, service and troubleshoot cremation and incineration equipment. You will work on stand-alone systems or integrated lines, including PLCs, encoders and sensors, and support product management and sales.

The role offers a base total compensation around $75k+ with overtime, per diem and a clear career path with six technician levels for growth.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or certification in technical field.
• 4+ years of field service experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and internationally as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet applications.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, troubleshoot and maintain cremation and incineration equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate with product services, engineering and sales to resolve issues.
• Test motors, sensors, control circuits and wiring to verify proper installation.
• Train customers and distributors on safe operation and maintenance.
