Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Service Technician I to perform electrical service installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial and industrial settings. The role requires apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of experience, 60-75% travel, and a 6 am–6 pm schedule with potential nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will install conduits, lighting, and control systems, work with minimal supervision, ensure NEC compliance, and uphold safety standards while delivering strong customer

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of equivalent electrical experience.
• Travel: 60-75%
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday; may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot basic electrical systems per NEC.
• Demonstrate ability to work without direct supervision.
• Install conduit systems, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
• Clean and maintain job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Develop and integrate project schedule with other trades.
• Follow workplace safety procedures.
• Display effective customer relations through problem-solving.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions.
• Identify and report unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents promptly.
• Work as part of a cohesive team.
• Participate in Faith's referral and mentoring program as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required.
