Leprino Foods Company in Waverly, NY is seeking a Warehouse Building Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and improve plant buildings and infrastructure, ensuring a safe, reliable work environment. The role handles preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and responds to facility issues across the plant.

The position operates 24/7 and requires flexibility to work days or nights; current vacancy is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English language.
• Experience with HVAC, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CMMS systems such as SAP and Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Respond to facility-related maintenance requests and repairs promptly.
• Identify potential issues to prevent downtime and safety concerns.
• Document work in Maximo with details on repairs and materials.
• Operate equipment safely and follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Communicate maintenance status with teams.
