The Facilities Services Specialist ensures safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment across the facility and performs hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, CMMS-based work planning, and collaboration with HVAC, plumbing and other trades to keep production on track

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, technical certificate or formal training in electrical/industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3+ years in mechanic/manufacturing or related trades.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Use CMMS to organize, assign, and document maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and maintain building systems including lighting and simple electrical tasks.
• Coordinate repairs with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other trades.
• Identify hazards during routine facility inspections and implement improvements.
