Wells Brothers, Inc. in Anna, Ohio, is seeking an Experienced Fabricator/Millwright to join our team.

The role blends shop fabrication with field installations at customer facilities, fabricating custom metal structures and components, welding, and installing machinery. Applicants should have hands-on metal fabrication and welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and be willing to travel locally (roughly 90 miles).

Formación

• Previous metal fabrication and welding experience required.
• Hands-on industrial millwright experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, fabrication drawings, and installation specifications.
• Experience installing, assembling, and repairing industrial machinery or mechanical equipment.
• Experience measuring, cutting, fitting, welding, and assembling metal components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of industrial tools, fabrication equipment, and safe work practices.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer facilities within a 90-mile radius of Anna, OH.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate, weld, assemble, and install custom metal structures and components.
• Perform welding in both shop and field environments.
• Measure, cut, bend, form, and fit metal materials according to blueprints and specifications.
• Work with mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and sanitary food-grade materials.
• Fabricate and install mezzanines, machine access platforms, crossovers, ladders, and other custom structures.
• Perform field modifications and adjustments as needed to complete installations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Install, assemble, dismantle, relocate, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform mechanical installations, adjustments, and alignments according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with rigging, positioning, and setting industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or modifications. Work safely around industrial equipment and active manufacturing operations.
• Travel to customer facilities to complete installations and fabrication projects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Follow company safety procedures and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
