Job summary

Belt Power LLC is seeking a dependable Fabrication Associate to support our fabrication and production operations at our Kentucky facility. You will fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products, operate fabrication equipment, inspect materials for quality, and prepare customer orders.

A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential; basic math and computer skills are required. You will work in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality and customer service,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and verify measurements accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record when operating company vehicles is required.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products and components.
• Operate fabrication equipment, machinery, and hand tools.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Pick, stage, organize, and prepare customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support team operations and assist with a variety of fabrication tasks.
