Job summary

The role involves interpreting contract documents, reading complex specifications, and collaborating across departments to drive profitable bids. Must have strong isometric reading skills and experience in industrial services estimation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience reading isometric drawings.
• 3+ years of experience estimating industrial services.
• Preferred 5+ years of industrial services experience.
• Knowledge of safety procedure implementation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze contract documents to prepare estimates and bid proposals.
• Estimate the majority of work for the region or business line and manage bid flow.
• Read and interpret complex specifications and drawings.
• Collaborate with team members, leaders, and other departments.
• Manage priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Support a professional, safe, and productive work environment.
