Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience servicing industrial ink jetting/mailing equipment.
• General knowledge of mailing and print production.
• High School Diploma or GED; associates preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand/power tools.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; knowledge of Pitney Bowes or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and maintenance on inserting, cameras, ink jetting equipment and folders.
• Prioritize issues and resolve urgent incidents promptly.
• Support hardware, software, PCs, and wireless networking aspects.
• Collaborate with plant and management to implement solutions.
• Encourage new techniques and fact-based problem solving.
