Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to oversee the safe, efficient operation of industrial systems and equipment in our disposal facilities. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and support maintenance with lockout/tagout procedures while handling various mobile equipment and the P-Flow conveyor system.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred; GED Works program offered.
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment; mechanical experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds; comfortable working near moving equipment and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of assigned equipment and log results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and issue work orders for malfunctions.
• Lockout/tagout procedures to support maintenance activities.
• Operate mobile equipment such as aerial lift, sweeper, forklift, and mini skid-steer.
• Maintain fuel, lubrication and oil levels; keep equipment clean and area orderly.
• Service and lubricate P-Flow conveyor system and adjust for efficiency.
• Determine tools, parts, and supplies needed for jobs.
• Assist in safe and efficient facility operations and safety compliance.
