Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Industrial Equipment Mechanic to diagnose, rebuild, repair, and maintain gearboxes and heavy industrial equipment in a machine-shop environment. You will work on heavy machinery, perform welding and fabrication, and ensure safe operation of components.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial mechanical repair and/or heavy industrial welding experience.
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately with mechanical components.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet throughout shift.
• Welding and fabrication experience with gearboxes and heavy equipment.
• Willingness for overtime and occasional weekend work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM + overtime as needed

• Available for overtime and occasional weekend work when required
