Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fixed Equipment Maintenance Technician in East Tennessee. The role focuses on structural repairs, pump maintenance, drive alignment, and pipe fitting from 4 inches and larger, with a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include belt splicing, pump rebuilds, LOTO compliance, rigging, and basic software proficiency to support maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Trade qualification in maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic or electrical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural repair or replacement of equipment parts.
• Perform basic drive/component alignment.
• Pipe fitting from 4” and larger.
• Change/rebuild pump barrels (Goulds and 4GT IR).
• Splice conveyor belts and replace belts as needed.
• Basic pump troubleshooting.
• Grid coupling alignment.
• Assist in shaft, hoist, crusher, and compressor rebuilds.
• LOTO compliance and basic rigging/weight handling.
• Basic housekeeping and teamwork oriented tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant software.
