Join Our Team as an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

At Glenn Metalcraft Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to ensure seamless operations at our facility. Your role involves installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of our production and facility equipment, following safety, predictive, and productive maintenance protocols to support our business goals.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Perform emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
2. Conduct OSHA inspections and contribute to safety initiatives.
3. Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
4. Use manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
5. Diagnose, repair, test, and adjust equipment to resolve issues.
6. Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
7. Utilize hand tools, power tools, meters, and other equipment.
8. Report operational issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
9. Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean.
10. Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor on tasks.

Candidate Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred. 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with strong electrical skills.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical wiring systems.
• Experience with installations, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and repairs.
• Advanced computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Regular use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit as needed.
• Proficiency with power tools.

Additional Information:

This position is based in Princeton, MN, reporting to the Operations Manager, with an hourly wage of $28 to $34, depending on experience.
