Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Infrastructure LLC is seeking a Facilities Operations Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain custom industrial equipment in a Payload Processing Facility environment. You will collaborate with Engineering and Production to move the program from startup through design validation to production, and sustain ongoing operations with a strong preventative maintenance program.

The role requires extensive hands-on electrical and mechanical skills, experience with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineer experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 3+ years of refrigeration industry experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live phases.

Responsibilities

• Installing Industrial equipment and machinery.
• Bring-up and Troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintaining and preventative maintenance activities.
• Machine commissioning and trouble-shooting.
• Preventative and Breakdown Maintenance operations.
• Troubleshooting and Maintaining industrial equipment and machinery in clean room environment.
• Installation of custom equipment and commissioning.
• Work directly with engineering, production, and launch teams supporting highest standards.
