Industrious Group is seeking a skilled assembler/disassembler to work on large steel equipment. You will read blueprints, assemble and disassemble components, and verify tolerances using precision measurement tools.

This role requires proficiency with cranes, forklifts, and hydraulic/piping systems, plus a commitment to safety and teamwork. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least five years of mechanical assembly experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; 5 years mechanical assembly/disassembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer prints for sequencing.
• Able to operate cranes, hoists, and other heavy equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Assemble, disassemble, test machines per layouts and specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges for quality checks.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
• Pipe/tube installation for lubrication and hydraulic systems.
• Paint and apply coatings as required.
• Collaborate as a team member in fabrication processes.
