Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage output standards and sequence of events documentation for current operations and new programs leveraging time study and standard data application.
  • Support the administration of Continuous Improvement Pay Plan (CIPP) by analyzing and making modifications to existing pay plans; assist in development of baseline data for new pay plans.
  • Participate in analysis, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology.

What Skills You Need
  • Experience with shop floor manufacturing, incentive pay systems such as CIPP (Continuous Improvement Pay Plan) and work measurement.
  • Experience working with multi-functional groups in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated good technical writing and verbal (English) communications skills.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Experience with repetitive manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry, Ag industry or farming experience.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with process planning in the Product Development Process (PDP) and establishing output standards for new products.
  • Proficient use of engineering tools and systems such as Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) and SAP.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools and systems (PowerBI and PowerAutomate).
Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing preferred) or other related technical discipline.
