Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement.
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years leading others in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define site role within the network and deployment of Site Strategy.
• Own base masterplan submission with site technical manager.
• Provide data to establish long-term capacity with regional/global IE.
• Drive business change management and program development.
• Lead weekly and periodic reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with site Operations Manager on 1-year site strategic plan.
• Use benchmarking to establish roadmaps for best-in-class toolkit elements.
