Job summary

Gordon Food Service offers a 12-week paid internship at our Home Office for engineering-minded students. You will receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to our AI‑enabled systems as you shadow roles across the organization and contribute to real-world business impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment lifecycle planning and support preventive maintenance system optimization.
• Evaluating mechanical and data systems to recommend operational improvements and maintenance updates.
• Performing deep-dive analysis on GFS systems to drive equipment performance and replacement strategies.
