Job summary

Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL invites motivated Industrial Engineering students for a professional internship from August 2027 to December 2027 (or May 2027 to December 2027, depending on business needs).

You will conduct Industrial Engineering analyses focusing on operational planning, workload forecasting, capacity utilization and efficiency improvements, using data collection, computer simulation, statistics and process-flow analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Industrial Engineering degree with graduation after Dec 2027.
• GPA 3.0 or higher; transcript required.
• Enrollment in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship eligibility.
• 18+ years of age and unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IE analysis projects focusing on planning, forecasting, capacity, and efficiency improvements.
• Apply data collection, simulation, statistics, and process-flow analysis techniques.
• Lead and participate in team efforts interfacing with all levels of cast and management.
