Job summary

Disney is seeking a Professional Intern in Industrial Engineering to support operational planning, workload forecasting, and process improvements at the Orlando, Florida campus. The role offers a full-time internship from August 2027 through December 2027, or May 2027 through December 2027, depending on business needs.

The candidate will apply data collection, simulation, statistics, and process-analysis techniques while collaborating with cross-functional teams across parks and resorts.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Industrial Engineering with expected graduation date on or after December 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with transcript required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IE analysis projects in operational planning, workload forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency improvements.
• Apply methodologies and quantitative techniques (data collection, simulation, statistics, process flow) to projects.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate with cast and management levels.
